The analysis of new and in-service lubricants contributes to know the quality of the fluid before use, to optimize maintenance costs (direct and indirect) by a better knowledge of the state of the machines and the evolution of the fluids. This technique applies to all lubricated machines.

Sampling - Transport
NB: When the sampling is carried out by you, we will assist you.
We train your teams in sampling techniques. Thus you will carry out periodic sampling on the lubricated compartments:
- Gear box
- Hydraulic control
- Final orders
- Generator set
Each sample must be accompanied by a machine and fluid identification label provided by the laboratory.
To ensure accurate analysis results, it is important to provide all the information requested for the new fluid or machine compartment.
- The model,
- The serial number
- The hour counter for the machine (extremely important.)
- Age of the oil since the previous oil change (extremely important.)
- The type and classification of the oil.
- Indicate whether the oil has been changed at the time of sampling.
In order to analyze the condition of the oil, it is necessary to know its condition at the start. Therefore, new oil of a new brand or wholesale delivery should be sampled immediately upon receipt, making sure to record the manufacturer, brand name and grade on the label.
